Not just birthing a healthy baby, but a baby who will grow up to be a healthy adult. Nutrition, custom prenatal, and other methods to support fetal programming. Even learn how to decrease the risk of post partum depression and GBS infection during pregnancy.

    Smoother, Quicker, Less-painful Labor

Learn about how you can address mineral deficiencies that prolong labor and increase the risk for medical intervention. Olivia Mastrine, MSFN

Olivia Mastrine is a mother of 2 young boys, was diagnosed with PCOS as a teenager, and was told by doctors that her chances of conceiving naturally were very low or even impossible. She was told that if she ever conceived, she would be at a high risk of miscarrying. Her passion for prenatal health is driven by her own health issues, and she was able to deliver 2 healthy babies with no issues getting pregnant or during pregnancy. Her goal is to support as many women as she can, and to help create a healthier future by helping women have healthier babies. This drove her to pursue her master's degree in Functional Nutrition, and she is currently a PhD candidate at Saybrook University pursing her doctorate in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, with a specialization in Mind Body Medicine.
